A trading company that keeps stock
Parade Wave Technologies LLC buys, holds and ships enterprise IT hardware from Dubai. That is the whole business, and we have kept it that way since 2020.
There are two kinds of hardware supplier in this region. One takes your order, places it with a distributor abroad, and passes on whatever lead time comes back. The other holds the goods. We are the second kind, and everything about how we operate follows from that one decision.
What we do
We buy enterprise IT hardware in volume, hold it in a bonded bay at Jebel Ali Free Zone, and sell it to resellers, system integrators and corporate IT departments across the Middle East, Africa, the CIS and South Asia. Six product lines: accelerators, network adapters, servers, memory, storage and optics.
Holding stock is expensive and it constrains what we can list. A distributor working from a catalogue can offer fifty thousand part numbers. We offer far fewer, and we can tell you where each one physically is.
What we deliberately do not do
We do not install, configure, integrate, migrate or manage anything. We do not write software, run a service desk, or take on managed contracts. Several of our largest customers are integrators, and the fastest way to lose them would be to start competing for the work they do.
The only thing we do beyond buying and shipping is populate a server chassis to your written bill of materials and burn it in before it leaves. That is packing, not integration.
How an order actually runs
- You send part numbers and quantities, by email, WhatsApp or the quote form.
- We confirm availability, condition, warranty and lead time in writing, usually within a few hours and always within one working day.
- On acceptance we reserve the stock and issue a proforma invoice with serial numbers for stocked lines.
- Goods are picked, tested, photographed and packed. Export documents are raised the same day.
- You get the airway bill number and the test record together.
How we buy
Our stock comes from authorised channel distributors, manufacturer programmes where we hold them, and the independent secondary market. Which source applies to a given line affects the price, the warranty and the paperwork, so we state it when we quote rather than leaving you to guess.
We are not an authorised reseller for every brand on our line card, and we say so. A supplier who claims authorisation across twenty manufacturers is telling you something about their honesty rather than their credentials.
How we got here
Licensed in Dubai
Parade Wave Technologies LLC is registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism as a trading company, working from a small office on Sheikh Zayed Road with no warehouse of its own.
First stock held
We stop drop-shipping and start buying stock, initially optics and adapters, into leased space. Same-week delivery becomes possible for the first time.
Jebel Ali bay
We take a bonded unit in Jebel Ali Free Zone South. Export documentation moves in-house and lead times to East Africa and South Asia halve.
Servers added
A build bench is set up so platforms can be populated to a customer bill of materials and burned in before despatch.
Quality system
The intake, test and despatch process is documented and certified to ISO 9001, mainly because tender committees started asking for it.
Second bay
Storage roughly doubles, given over to accelerators and optics, and same-day despatch is extended to a 14:00 cut-off.
The people
We are a small team, which is deliberate. Sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounts sit in the same two rooms, so a question about stock gets answered by someone who walked past it this morning. If you deal with us regularly you will end up speaking to the same two or three people every time.
