This unit is supplied as new, sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies where the item carries one and it is transferable to you. Where it does not, our own limited warranty applies, stated on the invoice, and runs between 90 days and 12 months depending on the line.
Faults inside the warranty period are handled by returns authorisation. Contact the desk with the invoice number, we issue an RMA number and a return address, and we replace or credit once the unit is received and verified.
Stocked orders confirmed before 14:00 Gulf Standard Time leave the same working day from Jebel Ali. Transit is 24 to 48 hours within the GCC, two to five days to East Africa and South Asia, and four to eight days to West Africa and the CIS.
